Maximiliano Nicolelli is the CEO and Founder of Hydra ESG, a firm focused on integrating sustainability through Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. He is also the Founder and CEO of Hydra Advisory, a consultancy specializing in the premium and luxury sectors. With decades of international expertise in business strategy, international development, sustainability, and the corporate sector, Nicolelli has worked across various industries to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
He also teaches at ESSEC Business School in Paris and Singapore and holds degrees in Corporate Strategy from Harvard University, International Trade from Pompeu Fabra University, and an MBA from ESSEC Paris.

Alessandro Nora is a Business Director at Hydra ESG, where he leads efforts to integrate cutting-edge technology in advancing sustainable practices and ESG goals. He is also the CEO and co-founder of MetrikFlow, affiliated with Hydra ESG through shareholding, a Berlin-based company using Al to drive sustainability across various industries.

Mehdi Rachico is a software engineer and entrepreneur specializing in data engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He co-founded Metrikflow and serves as their Chief Technology Officer, leveraging his expertise to support partners in achieving goals and leading sustainability transitions.
Rachico holds a degree from the INSAT - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie (Tunisie).
His passion lies in helping individuals and organizations make better decisions using data, with a focus on creating a greener, future-proof economy.
Ashwini Kumar

Strategy and Business Manager
Ashwini Kumar is the Strategy and Business Manager at Hydra ESG, where he leads initiatives in sustainability strategy, circular economy, and innovation. With a background in engineering and industrial management from Politecnico di Milano, he has held research and consulting roles across Europe and Asia, including at IIM Ahmedabad, Deloitte Digital, and Hino Motors.
Fluent in Japanese, English, Italian, and Hindi, Ashwini combines technical expertise and business insight to support ESG-driven transformation. He holds degrees from Politecnico di Milano, Tohoku University, and has studied at IIM Calcutta.
Marco De Dionigi

Communications Director
AMarco De Dionigi is the Communications Director at Hydra ESG, where he brings over 20 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing. An Italian national, he holds a Master's degree in International Marketing and Financial Management from New York University and a BA in Economics from Nottingham Trent University in the UK.
Throughout his career, De Dionigi has held senior leadership roles at LVMH among other international groups. His deep expertise in global communications and strategic planning plays a key role in Hydra ESG's mission to promote ESG principles.
